If you are a VAT registered customer and entitled to a VAT refund, please ensure you add your VAT number at the checkout when placing your order.

The VAT number and address will be verified and you will receive a refund back to the original payment within a few working days.

Unfortunately we cannot automatically remove VAT on online orders. Apologies for the inconvenience.
